Refunds & Delivery
This page should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and any related pages.
We will accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- where the customer has contacted us within 24 hours of receipt of their order (whether in part or in full)
- where all of the order dispatched to the customer is returned to us with the products unopened and unused.

If you are based within the UK we will send the goods from our depot in the midlands, via RoyalMail, you can choose Normal Delivery, which is cheaper but is not guaranteed, or you can choose Tracked Delivery which is guaranteed and comes with a tracking number so that you can be assured you will receive the product.
If you are outside of the UK we use a different delivery system but this also has proof of posting and proof of goods being received so we guarantee delivery.
In the event that a tracked order gets lost in the mail and is unsigned for, we will resend the order again.
All orders are received Monday through Friday. In the event that you ask for large quantities they may be packaged and sent separately usually not arriving at the same time.
